Creativity is endless with Red Barn Spreads

 

Protein "Cookie Dough" Balls

  • 1 cup any nut butter

  • 1/2 cup prune butter (or any Red Barn Spread)

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup flax or chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup any nuts

Preparation: Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove dough and roll into 1 inch balls.

Good source of protein with no dairy or added sugar!

Optional: add  cinnamon or chocolate powder for varied flavors

Get Up & Go "Cookie Dough" Snack

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup prune butter (or any Red Barn Spread)

  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate (chopped/chips)

  • 1 tablespoon ground coffee

  • 1/3 cup chopped nuts/seeds of your choice

Preparation: Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove and roll into 1 inch balls.

Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.

Healthy energy option for your snack!
