Protein "Cookie Dough" Balls

1 cup any nut butter

1/2 cup prune butter (or any Red Barn Spread)

1 1/2 cups rolled oats
-
1/4 cup flax or chia seeds

1/2 cup any nuts
Preparation: Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove dough and roll into 1 inch balls.
Good source of protein with no dairy or added sugar!
Optional: add cinnamon or chocolate powder for varied flavors

Get Up & Go "Cookie Dough" Snack
Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup dark chocolate (chopped/chips)

1 tablespoon ground coffee
-
1/3 cup chopped nuts/seeds of your choice
Preparation: Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove and roll into 1 inch balls.
Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.
